Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture amends 40 points of the Decree on measures against the introduction and spread of harmful organisms of plants and plant products. In particular, the Decree establishes provisions concerning condition of the export of plants and plant products (art. 27 of the amended Decree). The Decree amends also Annex 2, specifying harmful organisms introduction and spread of which is prohibited if it occurs in certain plants or plant products, and Annex 4 describing specific requirements which must be satisfied during import and transport of plants, plant products and other objects.
