Decree amending the Decree on measures against the introduction and spread of harmful organisms of plants and plant products.

This Decree lays down some amendments and addenda to the Decree on measures against the introduction and spread of harmful organisms of plants and plant products. In particular, the present Decree amends provisions concerning harmful organisms, plants and plant products which are prohibited to expand (art. 3 of the amended Decree), requirements for transport and storage of consignments (art. 22), details on claims for costs and losses incurred as the result of phytosanitary measures (art. 32) and specific requirements that must be met during import and movement of plants, plant products and other objects (Annex 4).
