Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture amends Decree on measures against the introduction and spread of harmful organisms of plants and plant products in accordance with Commission Implementing Directive 2014/78/EU amending Annexes I, II, III, IV and V to Council Directive 2000/29/EC on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community. The present Decree establishes: harmful organisms introduction and spread of which is forbidden (Annex 1); harmful organisms introduction and spread of which is prohibited if they occur at certain plants or plant products (Annex 2); plants, plant products and other objects which are prohibited from importation and movement (Annex 3); specific requirements that must be met by importation and movement of plants, plant products and other objects (Annex 4).
