Decree amending Decree on the protection of bees, birds, aquatic organisms and other non-target organisms in the use of plant protection products.

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture lays down some amendments and addenda to Decree on the protection of bees, birds, aquatic organisms and other non-target organisms in the use of plant protection products. In particular the present Decree regulates protection of aquatic organisms, game and other non-target organisms. Protection of wild game and non-target terrestrial vertebrates shall be guided by the standardized phrases and the information given on the label, in the regulation of the Central Institute for Supervising and Testing in Agriculture or in the regulation issued by the Institute in case of emergencies in the field of plant protection.
