Decree amending the Decree on requirements for fresh fruits and fresh vegetables, processed fruits and processed vegetables, nuts, mushrooms, potatoes and their products.

This Decree lays down some amendments to the Decree on requirements for fresh fruits and fresh vegetables, processed fruits and processed vegetables, nuts, mushrooms, potatoes and their products. In particular, the present Decree amends requirements for processed vegetables (art. 12 of the amended Decree), establishes labelling and quality requirements for nuts (art. 18 to 21, Annex 11 to 13), provides new categorization of nuts into groups and subgroups (Annex 9) and the list of wild and cultivated edible mushrooms for direct sale or further processing for food (Annex 13).
