Abstract
This Decree lays down some amendments and addenda to the Decree on treatment of genetically modified organisms and genetic products. In particular, the present Decree amends requirements and procedures for the assessment of risk when identifying potential harmful effects of the use of genetically modified organisms and genetic products, originally specified in art. 5 of the amended Decree.
