Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of 25 articles and nine Annexes, establishes, in accordance with the legislation of the European Community, scope and procedure of identifying, reporting and verifying quantity of greenhouse gas emission from equipment, and emission from current operation, irregular events, especially approaching the shut-down and emergency situations that occurred during the reported period. The Decree establishes also the form of application for issuing certificate for greenhouse gas emission. This form is specified in Annex 9.
