Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Environment establishes procedures for detecting, classifying and testing quantities of greenhouse gas emission, in implementation of article 7 of the Act on requirements concerning greenhouse gas emission allowance. The Decree covers vehicle emissions as well as emissions due to emergency situations.
