Decree establishing requirements for food additives and the enrichment of foods.

This Decree of the Ministry of Health, which is composed of eight articles and five Annexes, establishes, in accordance with the legislation of the European Community: (a) requirements for the composition of food additives, labeling and mode of use of food additives; (b) conditions of adding substances to food, with the exception of food additives. Art. 2 specifies requirements for the composition of food additives, art. 3 labeling of food additives, art. 4 the mode of use of food additives, art. 5 conditions of adding other substances to food.
