Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of six articles, establishes detailed conditions of taking care of animals, handicapped a result of injury, illness or other circumstances, unable temporarily or permanently to survive in the nature, especially with regard to the possibility of involvement of these animals to the wild population, and the way of taking care of these animals.
