Decree implementing certain provisions of the Act on the Protection of Nature and the Landscape.

This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of 24 articles and five Annexes, lays down provisions relating to the protection of nature and the landscape: identification and assessment of the territorial system of ecological stability of the landscape (art. 1 to 6), protection of important elements of landscape (art. 7), protection of trees (art. 8), protected and particularly protected species of plants and trees (art. 14 to 16), biological assessment of the current state of landscape (art. 18) and provides categories of protected areas (art. 22). Annex 2 defines the list of specially protected plant species. Annex 3 establishes the list of endangered species of animals.
