Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of 34 articles and 11 Annexes, establishes, in accordance with European Union legislation, certain provisions of the Breeding Act, and, in particular provides: a sample application for recognition of breeders' association (art. 3), technical details on the breeding registry (art. 5), testing and assessment of cattle (art. 6), testing and assessment of equine animals (art. 7), testing and assessment of swine (art. 8), testing and assessment of sheep and goats (art. 9), testing and assessment of poultry (art. 10), testing and assessment of fish (art. 11), testing and assessment of bees (art. 12), form of a herd book (art. 13), requirements for the content of breeding records for individual types of livestock (art. 14 to 18), certificates of origin (art. 19), technical details on semen, embryos and egg cells (art. 30), technical details on record keeping on the marketing of livestock (art. 31), and technical details on packaging on semen, embryos, egg cells, hatching eggs and breeding material of fish and bees.
