Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of 17 Sections, sets forth provisions concerning: (a) persons entitled to carry out the activities specified in the Breeding Act; (b) requirements for breeding registers; (c) activities concerning the reproduction of cattle, horses, swines, sheep, goats, poultry, fishes andbees; (d) keeping of herd books; (e) certification of livestock origin; (f) determining genetic type of animals; (g) quality requirements for livestock; (h) insemination of cattle, horses, swines, sheep and goats; (i) quality requirements for embryos and egg cells; (j) purchase and sale of livestock reproductive material.
