Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of the Environment, which is composed of seven articles, lays down: the size and characteristics of timber extraction which does not require authorization (art. 3), details on the application for a permit for timber extraction and requirements for the notification of timber extraction (art. 4) and period when timber extraction is usually carried out (art. 5).
