Decree no. 197/2004 implementing the Fishery Act.

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of 27 articles and 12 Annexes, lays down, in particular, details on: fishing methods for catching fish and aquatic animals (art. 1); keeping records on farming in ponds (art. 2); protected fishing areas (art. 3 and 4); obligations of fish keepers (art. 6); management in the fishery (art. 7); granting exemptions from the prohibited fishing methods (art. 9); fishing licence (art. 10); method of measuring the size of selected fish species (art. 11); fishing seasons (art. 12 and 13) and fishing permit (art. 18).
