Abstract
The present Decree has been adopted to implement particular provisions contained in the Game Management Act. Part I of the Decree lays down detailed rules on the preconditions for carrying out the functions of a game-keeper guard and their verification, badge and game keeper guard’s certificate. Part II deals with the game manager’s certificate, the manner of carrying out examinations for game managers and hunting organizations and schools that could be commissioned by to organize these examinations. Part III lays down instructions applicable to the use of birds of prey and hunting dogs. Part IV of the Decree sets out implementing provisions relative to the issuance and withdrawal of hunting licences and hunting permits. Part V deals with control methods for hunted game, which encompass seals and tags. Part VI applies to higher professional hunting examinations. Part VII sets out particular implementing provisions concerning the State Administration organs competent in matter of hunting. (37 Articles and 20 Annexes)
