Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of eight articles, implements the relevant European Union regulations and lays down provisions concerning professional equipment for application of plant protection products, and in particular: details on the maintenance and calibration of equipment; restrictions on the use of equipment to minimize risks to health and the environment; procedures for the preparation of spray fluid and cleaning equipment; deadline for the control of equipment; technological requirements for equipment; labeling of equipment.
