Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of seven articles, regulates conditions of the breeding of handicapped animals and lays down equipment and minimum space for handicapped animals. The breeder that provides systematic necessary care to handicapped animals must ensure conditions for the breeding specified in art. 3. Facilities for handicapped animals must meet requirements defined in art. 4 and provided in details in Annex 1.
