Abstract
The aim of this Act is to protect animals, which are alive beings able to feel pain and suffer, from the cruelty, harming of their health and their putting to death without a reason. The present Act is composed of the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Protection of animals during putting to death, usage of narcosis and protection of animals during public appearances (Sec. 2); Protection of animals during transport (Sec. 3); Protection of livestock and wild animals (Sec. 4); Protection of experimental animals (Sec. 5); Authorities of animals protection (Sec. 6); Offences (Sec. 7); Final provisions (Sec. 8).
