Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of 14 articles and 12 Annexes, regulates, in accordance with the legislation of the European Community: (a) the method of providing information on grain mill products, pasta, bakery products, confectionery products and doughs; (b) types of grain mill products, pasta, bakery products, confectionery products and dough divided into groups and subgroups; (c) quality requirements relating to the name and the tolerances for negative weight for each type of mill cereals, pasta, bakery, confectionery product and dough; (d) temperature regimes and relative humidity during storage, methods of storage and handling during placing on the market and minimum technological requirements for grain mill products, pasta, bakery products and confectionery products and doughs.
