Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture lays down, in accordance with European Union legislation: (a) the method of indicating spices, edible salts, dehydrated products, flavorings, cold sauces, dressings and mustards, depending on their species, groups or sub-groups; (b) types of spices, edible salts, dehydrated products, flavorings, cold sauces, dressings and mustards classified into groups and sub-groups; (c) physical and chemical quality requirements for individual types of spice, edible salt, dehydrated products, flavorings, cold sauces, dressings and mustard. Art. 3 of the present Decree provides requirements for spices, art. 4 requirements for edible salt, art. 5 requirements for dehydrated products, flavorings, cold sauces, dressings, and art. 6 requirements for mustard.
