Abstract
This Decree lays down the scope of information to be provided in electronic form to the Ministry of Health on: (a) chemical mixtures which have hazardous physic-chemical properties or hazardous properties affecting health marketed for the first time in the European Union on the territory of the Czech Republic (specified in Annex 1 Part 1); (b) dangerous mixtures of another member state of the European Union marketed for the first time in the Czech Republic (Annex 1 Part 2). This Decree also specifies the scope of information to be provided in electronic form to the Ministry of Health on detergents: (a) marketed for the first time in the European Union on the territory of the Czech Republic (Annex 2 Part 1); (b) from another member state of the European Union marketed for the first time on the territory of the Czech Republic (Annex 2 Part 2).
