Decree on shipment of wastes and amending the Decree establishing catalogue of wastes.

The Decree of the Ministry of Environment establishes, in accordance with the legislation of the European Community, scope of information and documentation required for individual types of shipment of wastes, and labeling of vehicles transporting wastes. The Decree is composed of the following articles: Introductory provisions (art. 1); Labeling of vehicles transporting wastes (art. 2); Shipment of wastes not included in the green list from the Czech Republic to other EC countries or from the Czech Republic to third countries (art. 3); Shipment of wastes included in the green list from the Czech Republic to member states (art. 4); Shipment of wastes to the Czech Republic for material utilization (art. 5); Shipment of wastes to the Czech Republic for energetic utilization (art. 6); Shipment of wastes for preliminary utilization (art. 7); Common provisions (art. 8); Shipment of wastes from third countries (art. 9); Transit shipment of wastes through the territory of the Czech Republic (art. 10).
