Abstract
This Government Regulation, which is composed of 13 articles, lays down, in accordance with the directly applicable regulation of the European Union, certain conditions for the implementation of the common organization of the market in milk and milk products. The Regulation establishes details on: registration of initial purchaser (art. 2 and 3); recognition of a producer organization (art. 4); recognition of an association of producer organizations (art. 5 and 6); recognition of interbranch organizations (art. 7); producers (art. 8); sale directly to consumers (art. 9).
