Abstract
This Regulation of the Government lays down, in accordance with European Union legislation, conditions for the granting support to: (a) supply of fruits, vegetables and fruit and vegetable products to pupils of primary schools; (b) supply of milk and dairy products to pupils of primary and secondary schools. The support shall be granted to the following products: (a) fresh fruits and vegetables, packaged fresh fruits and vegetables or fresh fruit and vegetables which are listed in Parts IX and XI of Annex I to Regulation (EU) No. 1308/2013; (b) packaged fruit and vegetable juices and fruit juices listed in Part X of Annex I to Regulation (EU) No. 1308/2013 unless they contain preservatives; (c) drinking milk and its lactose-reduced variants; (d) non-flavored dairy products; (e) flavored dairy products listed in Annex V to Regulation (EU) No. 1308/2013.
