Abstract
This Government Ordinance, which is composed of 11 articles and one Annex, establishes the conditions for the implementation of measures to increase immunity in pig farming by vaccination, following the directly applicable regulations of the European Union and in accordance with the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of the European Union in the Czech Republic. An applicant for such subsidy may be a natural or legal person who, on the date of submission of the application breeds at least three large herds of pigs registered in the central register of livestock.
