Abstract
This Government Ordinance, which is composed of 13 articles, establishes the conditions for the implementation of measures in the wine sector, following the directly applicable regulations of the European Union and in accordance with the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy of the European Union in the Czech Republic. An application for the provision of a subsidy for measures of restructuring and conversion of vineyards can be submitted by the applicant who is a grower of grapevines based in the territory of the Czech Republic. The subsidy can be granted for the following measures: (a) change in the varietal composition of the vineyard; (b) change in the type of support structure; (c) technique improving vineyard management.
