Abstract
This Regulation of the Government supplements the new articles (from art. 5 to art. 8e) to the Regulation establishing detailed conditions for the implementation of the measures of the common organization of the market in wine. The Regulation lays down provisions concerning: restructuring and conversion of vineyards, changes in varietal vineyards, reduction of the production of vine, protection of vineyards from damage caused by animals, protection of vineyards from damage caused by birds, and investments in vineyards.
