Abstract
The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the nomination of the competent authority for the enforcement of the Council Regulation (EC) No. 708/2007 concerning use of alien and locally absent species in aquaculture of 11 June 2007. Article 1 establishes that the implementation of the afore-mentioned Council Regulation is incumbent to the Agriculture, Food Safety and Fisher Office. The text consists of 2 articles.
