Abstract
The purpose of the present Ordinance is to transpose the Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures of 16 December 2008 and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No. 1062/2014 on the work programme for the systematic examination of all existing active substances contained in biocidal products referred to in Regulation (EU) No. 528/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 4 August 2014 into German law. The Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Chemicals Act of in its version of 28 August 2013. In particular, the Ordinance amends the articles 2, 3a, 13, 14, 17, 19 and 28 dealing with implementation of EU directives.
