Abstract
This Regulation lays down rules for the carrying out of the work programme for the systematic examination of all existing active substances referred to in article 89 of Regulation (EU) No. 528/2012 concerning biocidal products. The Regulation describes the process for evaluation of applications for approval and acceptance of such substances, and further provides on the issue of the opinion of the European Chemicals Agency.
