Abstract
The present Act introduces some amendments to the Fish Products Labelling Act of 1 August 2002 (BGBl. I p. 2980). In particular, the Act amends article 1 dealing with the enforcement of the Council Regulation (EEC) No. 104/2000 of 17 December 1999 on the common organization of the markets in fishery and aquaculture products.
Furthermore, the Act introduces some amendments to the Animal Health Act of 22 May 2013 (BGBl. I p. 1474). In particular, the Act amends article 4 dealing with empowerment of the Federal Ministry of Agriculture; and article 27 concerning publications on animal health of the Friedrich-Loeffler Institute.
