Abstract
The present Regulation implements the Saxony Hunting Law of 8 June 2012. Article 1 establishes that hunting in the administrative districts is an essential task within the Forestry Service aimed at securing the economic, social and recreational function and at the changing image of the public forest in the Free State of Saxony. The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Sphere of application (I); General principles of hunting in the administrative hunting districts (II); Hunting activities in the administrative districts (III); Compensation for employed hunters (IV); Additional regulations (V); Entry into force and repeal (VI). One Annex is enclosed.
