Abstract
The present Law implements the Federal Hunting Act in its version of 29. September 1976 (BGBl. I p. 2849). The text consists of 39 articles divided into 11 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Hunting districts, foster associations (2); Devolution of hunting rights to third parties (3); Hunting permit (4); Special rights and obligations for the hunting and the protection of wildlife (5); Protection of game (6); Damage cause by game and hunting (7); Hunting administration (8);Transfer of power, compensation (9); Penalties (10); Final provisions (11).
