Abstract
The present law lays down provisions relating to the establishment, composition and functioning of the Chambers of Agriculture in Lower Saxony. Article 1 establishes that the Chambers of Agriculture of Hannover and Oldenburg shall be merged. The text consists of 43 articles divided into 10 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Chamber Meeting, Board, President (2); Director of Chamber (3); Representation (4); Principal statutes (5); Contributions, fees and grants (6); Preliminary financial management and auditing (7); Survey (8); Subdivision (9); transitional and final provisions (10).
