Abstract
The German Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture issues this Ordinance based on the Agricultural Products School Program Act. It sets deadlines for States regarding their participation in the school program for agricultural products. The States are required to notify their participation in the school program for agricultural products, submit their regional strategies, and fulfill reporting obligations based on the terms of this Ordinance. The text further provides for preliminary and final funding allocations. The text consists of 4 Articles (Article 3 is removed).
