Abstract
Article 1 of the present Act amends the Waste Avoidance, Recovery and Disposal Act of 27 September 1994 (BGBl. I p.2705). In particular, it rewords article 41 on waste requiring supervsion; article 42 dealing with optional proof procedure for waste disposal; article 43 concerning mandatory proof procedure for disposal of waste requiring special supervision; article 44 on exceptions to the mandatory proof procedure; article 45 regarding optional proof procedure for waste recovery. Article 2 of the above-mentioned Act repeals the Waste Management Concepts and Waste Balance Sheet Ordinance of 13 September 1996 (BGBl. I p. 1447, 1997).
Article 4 of the above-mentioned Act introduces some amendments to the Environmental Impact Assessment Act in its consolidated version of 25 June 2005 (BGBl. I p. 1757, 2797). In particular, the Act replaces some items in Annex 1 and 3.
Article 6 of the above-mentioned Act introduces some amendments to the Plant Permission Ordinance in its consolidated version of 14 March 1997 (BGBl. I p. 504). In particular, the Ordinance adds some items to the Annex.
Article 7 of the above-mentioned Act introduces some amendments to the Waste Catalogue Ordinance of 10 December 2001 (BGBl. I p. 3379). In particular, the Ordinance adds some minor amendments to article 1 and 3.
Article 8 of the above-mentioned Act introduces some amendments to the Transport Authorization Ordinance of 10 September 1996 (BGBl. I p. 1411). In particular, the Ordinance adds some minor amendments to articles 1 and 12.
Article 9 introduces some amendments to the Waste Wood Ordinance of 15 August 2002 (BGBl. I p. 3302). In particular, the Ordinance deletes some words in article 6.
Article 10 introduces some amendments to the Commercial Waste Ordinance of 19 June 2002 (BGBl. I p. 1938). In particular, the Ordinance replaces some words in article 3.
Article 11 introduces some amendments to the Waste Disposal Ordinance of 24 July 2002 (BGBl. I p. 2833). In particular, the Ordinance adds some items to Annex 4.
