Commercial Waste Ordinance.

The present Ordinance applies to the recovery and the disposal 1. of municipal wastes of commercial origin, 2. of the wastes listed in Section 8 (construction and demolition wastes) and 3. of other wastes listed in the Annex. It also applies to producers and holders of municipal wastes of commercial origin, of construction and demolition wastes and of other wastes, which are listed in the Annex and to the operators of pre-treatment facilities in which mixed municipal wastes of commercial origin, construction and demolition wastes.
