Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Animal Breeding Act of 21 December 2006 (BGBl. I p. 3294). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the transfer of powers and designation of competent authorities in Brandenburg under the afore-mentioned Act. The text consists of 3 articles as follows: Competences of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Agriculture (1); Competences of the Office of Rural Development, Agriculture and Land Consolidation (2); Entry into force (3). The text consists of 3 articles.
