Abstract
The present Ordinance by the Ministry of Food and Rural Space lays down provisions relating to competences concerning the processing and disposal of non-edible animal products. In particular, the Ordinance establishes competent organs under the: a) Regulation (EC) No. 1774/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down health rules concerning animal by-products not intended for human consumption of 3 October 2002; b) Non-Edible Animal Products Disposal Act of 25 January 2004 and c) Animal by-Products Ordinance of 27 July 2006. The text consists of 4 articles.
