Abstract
The present Law implements the Federal Act concerning animal products not intended for human consumption of 25. January 2004 (BGBl. I p. 82). Article 1 establishes that the Land Berlin is responsible for the disposal of non-edible animal products according to article 3 of the Federal Act. The administration of the Senate competent for health matters shall be authorized to transfer non-edible products to incineration plants or similar facilities. According to the provisions of the present Law “disposal” means collection, transport, storage, treatment, processing and final elimination. The text consists of 4 articles.
