Abstract
The purpose of the present Ordinance is to implement the Council Regulation (EC) No. 708/2007 of 11 June 2007 concerning use of alien and locally absent species in aquaculture. Article 2 establishes that the superior Fishing Authority is entrusted with the enforcement of the afore-mentioned Council Regulation. The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Purpose (1); Competent authority (2); Advisory Board (3); Transfer of data (4); Penalties (5); Entry into force (6).
