Articles of Daily Use Ordinance.

The above-mentioned Ordinance lays down different EU Directives and rules for testing migration of certain constituents of plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs. The regulations prescribe limits for migration and contents and lay down rules for tests by which migration is to be established. They prohibit the use, sale or importation of plastic materials, which do not meet the specified standards.
