Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Articles of Daily Use Ordinance in its consolidated version of 23 December 1997 (BGBl. 1998 I p. 5). In particular, the Ordinance amends, inter alia, article 10 dealing with articles of daily use made of plastic; article 16 establishing that article of daily use made of plastic may be produces until 30 April 2009. Moreover, the Ordinance adds some items to the Annexes. The text consists of 2 articles.
