Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Federal Waterways Act in its version of 23 May 2007. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the limited navigation in certain nature reserves in the area of the Baltic Sea. Article 1 bans the navigation in the nature protection area of „Dassower Lake, Islands Buchhorst and Graswerder (Plönswerder)“. Article 2 deals with exceptions and exemptions and article 3 with penalties. The text consistrs of 4 articles.
