Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Federal Waterways Act in its version of 23 August 1990 (BGBl. I p. 1818). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to navigation in the nature reserves "Dassower See, Inseln Buchhorst und Graswerder (Plönswerder)". Article 2 establishes that navigation in these reserves is prohibited and article 3 lists some exceptions to this ban. The text consists of 5 articles and 1 Annex.
