Abstract
The present Law lays down provisions relating to water bodies in the State of Bavaria. The text consists of 77 articles divided into 3 sections as follows: Part 1: General provisions; Part 2: Management of Waters; Part 3: Special water management regulations. Two Annexes are enclosed as follows: List of waters first order (1); Technical water authorities for waste water plants (2).
