Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Council Directive 76/464/EEC of 4 May 1976 on pollution caused by certain dangerous substances discharged into the aquatic environment of the Community. Article 2 establishes that water quality objectives listed in Annex 2 apply to surface waters to protect aquatic life and human health. The text consists of 4 articles.
