Abstract
The present Law implements the Federal Waste Water Charges Act in its consolidated version of 18 January 2005 (BGBl. I p. 114). The text consists of 17 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: Basis for evaluation (I); Verification of harmfulness (II); Duty to pay charges (III); Fixing and levying of fees (IV); Destination of collected fees (V); Violations, penalties and final provisions (VI).
