Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Directive 2009/28/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources. The Ordinance implements also various articles of the Federal Immission Protection Act. The text consists of 71 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Sustainable development requirements (2); Certification (3); Collection and processing of data, duty to report, administrative proceedings (4); Transitional and final provisions (5). Five Annexes are enclosed.
